- restore accidentally removed "%define signmodules 0"
- building on Mandrake unsupported for now anyway...
- too much trouble to figure out how to specify the correct --target
  argument to RPM on different kinds of build machines. PlanetLab is
  i686 only anyway, who cares what arch RPM thinks the package should
  be.
- make buildcheck works on Fedora Core 2. Go figure.
