datapath: introduce a method to install kernel modules

After we choose to build the Linux kernel module, install
them using make modules_install.

   % ./configure --with-l26=/lib/modules/`uname -r`/build
   % make
   % cd datapath/linux-2.6/
   % make modules_install

the openswitch kernel modules will be installed to dir
/lib/modules/`uname -r`/extra/
