From aa62994cbd99d4538e2b22fade4bd9835037dca0 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ethan Jackson Date: Tue, 17 May 2011 16:07:58 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] cfm: Implement 802.1ag RDI flag. According to the 802.1ag specification, a maintenance point should set the Remote Defect Indicator (RDI) bit on CCMs when it has failed to receive a CCM from any of it's configured remote maintenance points within the required fault interval. This allows unidirectional faults to be flagged by both ends of a CFM monitored tunnel. --- lib/cfm.c | 32 ++++++++++++++++++++++++-------- 1 file changed, 24 insertions(+), 8 deletions(-) diff --git a/lib/cfm.c b/lib/cfm.c index 46481507a..f4c0e8e34 100644 --- a/lib/cfm.c +++ b/lib/cfm.c @@ -47,6 +47,7 @@ static const uint8_t eth_addr_ccm[6] = { 0x01, 0x80, 0xC2, 0x00, 0x00, 0x30 }; #define CCM_LEN 74 #define CCM_MAID_LEN 48 #define CCM_OPCODE 1 /* CFM message opcode meaning CCM. */ +#define CCM_RDI_MASK 0x80 struct ccm { uint8_t mdlevel_version; /* MD Level and Version */ uint8_t opcode; @@ -64,6 +65,7 @@ struct cfm { struct list list_node; /* Node in all_cfms list. */ bool fault; /* Indicates connectivity fault. */ + bool recv_fault; /* Indicates an inability to receive CCMs. */ char *name; /* Name of this CFM object. */ uint32_t seq; /* The sequence number of our last CCM. */ @@ -85,6 +87,8 @@ struct remote_mp { bool recv; /* CCM was received since last fault check. */ bool fault; /* Indicates a connectivity fault. */ + bool rdi; /* Remote Defect Indicator.
