Subject: [PATCH] I'm going to commit the tests for VNET+, vsys and later
 PlanetFlow into this directory so that hopefully at some point they can be
 plugged into Thierry's test framework.

Right now, the tests are implemented in perl. They exit with the code -1 on failure, and 0 on success.
