Steps to deploy myops2:

  * test myops_update_sh script on one more node.
  * move myops data into appropriate NS.
  * update PLC with myops_update_sh script.
  * 
  * integrate log axis patch into installation.
  * shutdown promultis:myops

Done:
  * Copy log axis patch.
  * update extraPLC machines
  * add myops_cacert.pem to build.sh
  * preserve old logs (via sync)
  * Sync metaplc stats from stormers to echo
  * update VICCI to point at echo instead of stormers.

Follow-up:
  * Make sure vicci update is running correctly!!!
  * Vicci on myops.planet-lab.org has stopped
  * vicci on echo has begun / continued.
