The idea of changing a 'standard' tag to drop a file is not good, since somebody may refer this tag in the future. I am undoing the
change. This tag is now identical to its state when module-tag was called.

In consultation with Marc -- this file needs a PLCAPI update to function, and so we are killing it from our deployment for the time
being.
