  27     - Logging to console and file will have UTC timestamp as a default for all
  28       the daemons. An example of the default format is 2012-01-27T16:35:17Z.
  29       ovs-appctl can be used to change the default format as before.
  30     - New support for limiting the number of flows in an OpenFlow flow
  31       table, with configurable policy for evicting flows upon
  32       overflow.  See the Flow_Table table in ovs-vswitch.conf.db(5)

  34     - New "enable-async-messages" column in the Controller table.  If set to
  35       false, OpenFlow connections to the controller will initially have all
  36       asynchronous messages disabled, overriding normal OpenFlow behavior.
