Documentation

There is a SCSI documentation directory within the kernel source tree,
-typically /usr/src/linux/Documentation/scsi . Most documents are in plain

Summary:
bios_param - fetch head, sector, cylinder info for a disk
detect - detects HBAs this driver wants to control
