  23     - ovs-pki: The "online PKI" features have been removed, along with
  24       the ovs-pki-cgi program that facilitated it, because of some
  25       alarmist insecurity claims.  We do not believe that these claims
  26       are true, but because we do not know of any users for this
  27       feature it seems better on balance to remove it.  (The ovs-pki-cgi
  28       program was not included in distribution packaging.)
  29     - ovsdb-server now enforces the immutability of immutable columns.  This
  30       was not enforced in earlier versions due to an oversight.
  31     - Stable bond mode is deprecated and will be removed no earlier than
