   5   it interactively, install the openvswitch-switch-config package and run
   6   the ovs-switch-setup program.  Alternatively, edit
   7   /etc/default/openvswitch-switch by hand, then start the switch manually
   8   with "/etc/init.d/openvswitch-switch start".

  10 * To use the Linux kernel-based switch implementation, you will need
  11   to build and install the Open vSwitch kernel module.  To do so, install
  12   the openvswitch-datapath-source package, then follow the instructions
  13   given in /usr/share/doc/openvswitch-datapath-source/README.Debian
